SHIPPING POLICY

All our shipments are processed by CTT Expresso (except islands), anonymously, safely and quickly, delivering to the following European countries:

  • Portugal (including islands)
  • Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands)


Tracking Service:
After purchase, a tracking code is always provided, which can be used to track your order, which is always in the CTT Expresso mode (except islands).

DELIVERY CONDITIONS - PORTUGAL AND ISLANDS (CTT EXPRESSO)

All our orders are delivered by hand by the CTT courier to the address you indicate. If there is any difficulty in finding the address, the courier will establish telephone contact at the number you indicate. You may also receive communications from CTT via SMS or email informing you of the status of your order.

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. For shipments in mainland Portugal , the time varies between 1 and 2 business days. For the Islands (by sea), the period varies between 7 and 10 business days.

All orders over €50.00 are free for mainland Portugal, except for orders below this value, which cost €5.50 .

In the case of Autonomous Regions, only orders over €50.00 are free. Orders below this value will cost €10.50 .

No collections are sent .

DELIVERY CONDITIONS - ISLANDS (REGISTERED REGULAR MAIL)

All our orders are delivered by hand by the CTT courier to the address you indicate. If there is any difficulty finding the address, or you are not present at it, the courier will leave a delivery notice, where you can collect your order at the CTT post in your area of ​​residence on the business day following delivery of the notice.

Delivery time may vary between 7 to 10 business days .

NOTE: Delivery time using this method is not guaranteed and there may be significant service delays.

All orders over €50.00 are free via Registered Standard Mail, except for orders below this value, which cost €10.50.

No collections are sent.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS - Spain

Shipments to Spain are made through CTT Expresso.

Collect shipping is not available for international shipments.

All orders over €50.00 are free, except for orders below this value, which cost €6.5 .

OTHER GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND NON-COMPLIANCES

The customer's ordering process is subject to their good practices, the correct options to choose for shipping cases and payment methods, as well as the collection of their orders to be picked up in a timely manner. Consequently:

  1. Orders already paid for free shipping in Portugal, returned due to having provided an insufficient/incorrect delivery address or due to unavailability to receive after contacting the CTT Expresso service, are subject to an additional charge of €5.50, depending on the weight of the package , by re-shipping the order, paid via Multibanco Reference, MBWay or Bank Transfer.
  2. For orders already paid for international shipping (whether free or paid), returned due to failure to collect in a timely manner (after exceeding the collection deadline for the post office in your area of ​​residence), or for having provided an insufficient/incorrect delivery address, are subject to an additional charge of between €6.50 and €25, depending on the weight of the package, for re-shipping the order, paid via Bank Transfer.

When ordering from CANNALABiS, the customer will be accepting all delivery conditions contained in this document, including in the event of non-compliance with the above provisions.

RETURN POLICY

CANNALABiS is extremely concerned with the quality of the products and services we offer, ensuring maximum quality through rigorous and careful selection, in addition to independent control and testing of all products sold.

1 - RETURNS

Due to our organic products being 100% organic and packaged by hand, we do not make returns , precisely because they are subject to any type of adulteration and/or modification.

2 - RIGHT TO EXCHANGE/NEW SHIPPING

However, if the order has not been delivered, for reasons that are attributable to us, such as being lost, damaged during transportation (unfit for consumption), defective product (unfit for consumption) or error in processing of the order (receipt of a product that does not correspond to the order), we will send a new order at no additional cost using the normal shipping method, as long as it is duly proven using images and/or statements from the carrier.

3 - REFUND

Only in the exceptional situations mentioned in Article 2 can a refund of the amount be made (except shipping costs).

4 - EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY

We are exempt from any responsibility for orders that are retained or seized for any reason whatsoever.
